At Mind Divine Services, we honor every exchange as sacred. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and product returns across all services and offerings, ensuring clarity and integrity in every transaction.


Spiritual & Energetic Services

(Includes Reiki, Intuitive Energy Healing, Spellwork, Spiritual Coaching)

  • Cancellations:
    Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice for a full refund or credit.
  • No-Shows / Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable, except in exceptional situations.
  • Completed Sessions:
    No refunds are offered after a session is completed, as energy work is a time-based and transformative experience.
  • Gifted or Discounted Sessions:
    Services provided as gifts or at discounted rates are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Creative, Technical, and Design Services

(Includes Website Design, Branding, Graphic Design, Tech Support, Social Media Management, Custom Asset Creation)

  • Custom Work Terms:
    These services involve significant time and creative labor. Refunds are not guaranteed once a project has started.
  • Deposits & Progress-Based Work:
    Deposits are non-refundable after work begins. For larger projects with multiple milestones, partial refunds may be considered if deliverables have not yet been produced.
  • Revisions:
    We welcome feedback during the design process and aim for satisfaction. Refunds are not offered once final files have been delivered.

Coaching & Consulting Services

(Includes Meditation Coaching, Emotional Coaching, Business Strategy, Marketing Consulting, Sales Support)

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    Coaching or consulting sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit.
  • After Delivery:
    Sessions that have already occurred are non-refundable, as they include real-time insights, strategies, and energy.
  • Packages & Multi-Session Bookings:
    Partial refunds may be considered for unused sessions if a request is made before scheduling and no materials or prep work have been delivered.

Physical Product Returns

(Includes tangible goods sold through our online store)

  • Eligibility:
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Perishables or time-sensitive products
    • Digital downloads
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact support@minddivineservices.com with your order number and reason.
    2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
    3. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds for Products:
    Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • Exchanges:
    We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

General Terms

  • Processing Time:
    Refund and return decisions are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Abuse Prevention:
    We reserve the right to deny refunds if abuse, chargeback fraud, or bad faith behavior is suspected.
  • Force Majeure / Unexpected Events:
    Services affected by emergencies, outages, or natural events may be rescheduled. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
