Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mind Divine Services, we strive to offer the best holistic and creative services possible. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to reflect the nature of our offerings, which are based on personalized services, creative work, and healing experiences. By booking a service with us, you agree to this policy.
Service Refunds and Cancellations
Because we provide customized services, refunds are generally not available once the service has been initiated or completed. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Virtual and In-Person Services (e.g., Reiki Healing)
- Refunds: Once a service (such as a Reiki healing session) has begun or has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If you feel the service was not delivered as expected, please reach out to us at support@minddivineservices.com, and we will evaluate your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion, depending on availability.
- No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
2. Custom Design and Creative Services (e.g., Logo Design)
- Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our creative work (e.g., logo design), refunds are not available once the project has commenced, as time and resources are invested upfront. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your final product. If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
- Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project before work has commenced, a full refund will be provided. If the project is canceled after initial work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be offered based on the progress made, minus a non-refundable deposit for time spent.
3. Custom Quotes and Personalized Services
- Any custom service not listed on our site (but requested via a custom quote) is subject to the same no-refund policy once the service has been initiated. A non-refundable deposit may be required for larger or custom projects.
4. Rescheduling Services
If you need to reschedule an appointment (Reiki, consultations, etc.), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a new time based on availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a rescheduling fee.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you are due a refund and havenโt received it yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to officially post.
- If you’ve done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@minddivineservices.com.
Gifted Services
If the service was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered to you, youโll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once the refund is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Additional Refund Considerations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Services that have already been rendered.
- Custom projects or design work that has commenced.
- Sessions where the client fails to attend without notice (no-shows).
